Shipments and returns

We ship to India, US, UK, Canada, Australia, New zealand, South Africa and Europe. If you want delivery at any region not mentioned in above list please contact us.

Packages are generally dispatched within 5-25 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex, TNT, UPS or other relevant careers depending upon the delivery address. We select the fastest and most reliable career for delivery.

Shipping fee is only £10 which is very nominal and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We provide free delivery for orders more than £500. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Custom duties

When ordering goods from Gravity-fashion.co.uk for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
