Shipping and Return Policy

1. Dispatch & delivery time

Generally, outfits are available for dispatch in 1 to 4 weeks. These are only estimated timeframes and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final dispatch time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer serivice for more information on dispatch and delivery timeframe before placing your order.

2. Shipping service

We use FedEx, DHL, TNT, First flight and other courier services to ship to virtually any address in the world between 14 - 20 working days from the date of dispatch depending upon your delivery address and shipping method choosen. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier. Gravity Fashion cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

3. Shipping Charges

These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

  • We are offering free shipping to all orders in India.

4. Customs/Duties/Taxes

When ordering goods from Gravity-fashion.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Gravity-fashion.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

5. Returns Policy for Garments

Gravity Fashion is happy to offer you Money Back Guarantee on all our products. To get the full refund (Excluding Shipping and Handling charges) you should post it back to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product in it's original condition. There will be no questions asked.

There will not be any refund on items that are custom made or stitched on order like Salwar Kameez, Saree, Lehenga Choli at any cost.

Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

6. Listing and Descriptions

Gravity Fashion makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Gravity Fashion cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

7. Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel an order completely or partially within 24 hours of making the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund.
  • If you want to cancel the complete order after 24 hours of making the payment then processing and admin charges of 10% of the order value will be applicable.
  • If you want to cancel an order partially after 24 hours of making the payment then processing and admin charges of 10% of the outfit value that has been cancelled will be applicable.
  • There is no refund for a custom made order.

8. Amend Your Orders

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
