Custom Made include bollywood and make to order categories, Haute couture service where you send us your designs to make for you and dresses in which you have ordered for customizations like longer blouse, longer sleeves or any alterations to existing design of dresses.

General Notes:
Shipping- Accessories such as shoe, jewellery, belt, clutches etc. are used for photography purpose only and these are not part of the dress.
- The color visible in display picture is the closest view of the actual garment.
- However, slight color or shade variation can occur due to flash or lighting during photo shoot.
- Ensure that the first wash of your clothes is always a Dry-Clean.
- Custom Stitching: If you have ordered stitching for your outfit we will send you measurement forms along with measurement instructions by email within 24 hours. If your order is received on weekend we will send you measurement form next working day.
- Usually we ship all un-stitched outfits in 15-18 working days.
- Stitched outfits are usually shipped in 18-20 working days.

- To avail refund or exchange on your purchase, you are requested to contact us within 7 days and ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team for return address.
- Only items in their original state will be accepted for return or exchange. Products that have been tampered with such as used, washed, stained, or those with any kind of body odors, perfume scents etc. will not be accepted for exchange or return.
- The full refund policy is exclusive of any customs duties & taxes and should be borne by the customer.
