Shipping and Return Policy

1. Dispatch & delivery time

Generally, outfits are available for dispatch in 1 to 4 weeks.  Tentative shipping time is mentioned just below ADD TO CART button.

How to find product shipping date.

These are only estimated timeframes and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final dispatch time will depend on the product you are buying. If you are buying more than one product in one order, then longest shipping date of any of the outfit in order will be applied.

Please contact customer service for more information on dispatch and delivery timeframe before placing your order. 


2. Shipping service

We use FedEx, DHL and other courier services to ship to virtually any address in the world.
All orders are delivered between 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch depending upon your delivery address and shipping method chosen.
If standard shipping method is used we deliver in 7 to 10 working days.

Generally, all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier, in such an event we will inform you about delays.

Gravity Fashion cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit, however, we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight of your order to your delivery address. During checkout after you add delivery address, all available shipping methods with shipping charges will be shown and you can choose your preferred shipping method before you make payment. 

During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

Free Shipping

  • We are offering free shipping on all orders in India.
  • Free shipping worldwide on order over $500/£300/€400

4. Customs/Duties/Taxes

When ordering goods from Gravity-fashion.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from Gravity-fashion.com, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We have a simple refund policy for all outfits except Custom make outfits. If you do not like it just send it back and we will refund you 100% money back. 

Please read below full details of return and refund process.

Gravity-Fashion.com online shop makes sales based our excellent designs and proven reliability. We have a QA team to test that your ordered products are made correctly before they are packed and sent to you, so our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully confirm your size before buying.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund. contact us and we will do the best we can.

Easy Exchanges: Love it but need a different size, colour, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock and you pay for return shipping.

Refund: We offer you a full refund on all outfits (except return shipping charges and customs duties paid by you).

Refund on Custom Make, Haute-Couture and Customised outfits: We offer 60% refund on Custom Make, Outfits made as Haute-couture services or Customised outfits. It may take upto 30 days to process refund for custom make outfits after we receive items back. 
Refund amount above $500 will be processed in three equal parts in 3 months period.

Eligibility Window: To qualify for a return you must inform us within 7 days after you receive your order

Once you inform us, you have 7 days to ship it back, any shipments sent after these 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Packaging Requirements: Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

Note: We do not pay for shipping charges and customs duties paid by you.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first within 7 days after you have received the order.

Step 2: If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us of the item SKU and size which you want to exchange for. If you return for Refund, Our Account Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.

Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.

Step 4: Send it off. Affix shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.

Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged package and any lost or damaged goods will not be eligible for the refund.

6. Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel an order completely or partially within 48 hours of order placed.
  • 15% administration fee will be deducted for any orders cancelled after 48 hours of order placed.
  • Refund amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
  • Refund will be processed within 2 working days after cancellation of order is confirmed. 
  • For outfits already stitched in your order will not be eligble for cancellation.
  • Any custom made / haute couture outfits cancelled after receiving samples 10% of total order value will be deducted and rest will be refunded.

7. Amend Your Orders

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
